Canadian Immigration  Program allows immigrants to live and work in Canada. Depends on the country from where you are applying, the processing time will be around 4 to 12 months at times higher than that. If your education credentials are acquired  outside Canada, you will need to obtain an assessment of  your degree to determine the  Canadian Equivalency of your Credentials. You should also have language ability for English.
